About Me;-

I am a Bhava trained Hatha Yoga Teacher, Yin Yoga Teacher, Meditation & Sound Bowl Facilitator, Retreat Facilitator and Creator of Feather and Flow.

My events involve the importance of breath and movement as one.

We move, quieten the busy mind through breath & meditation to be able to tune into ourselves, and return back home to ourselves. We rest by blissing out to a crystal sound bowl and koshi chime sound bath laying down in savasana.

Leave feeling nourished, rested, recharged & energised.

Booking policy

Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Refunds available up to 7 days prior to the event;-

a) If the organizer cancels the Event:-
You are given the option to transfer to the next available Yoga class/Retreat/ event day or receive a full refund - minus the booking fee charges.

b) If you can’t attend the Retreat/Event:-
You’re welcome to send someone in your place. If you are unable to attend for some reason and your place cannot be filled, no refunds will be given with less than 1 weeks notice prior to Retreat/Event Start date.

There are many expenses and significant time allotted in organizing Yoga Classes & Retreats/Events, please consider booking conditions when making your booking to join.
