After more than eight months of shared dedication on the mat, your practice has grown — now it’s time to go even deeper.

Let’s come together in a space of high vibration, mindful breath, and conscious movement. Through a powerful sequence of asanas, pranayama, balance, strength, and meditation, we’ll purify the mind and body, reconnect with our inner stillness, and cultivate presence.

This practice is rooted in the authentic methodology as humble student of Sri Dharma Mitra, who inspired yogis around the world including me from his pure, holistic approach that integrates body, breath, and soul. Every movement becomes meditation. Every breath becomes a prayer.

Bring your energy. Bring your heart. Together, as a collective, we’ll create a field of transformation — for ourselves, and for the world around us.
