Let's reimagine waiting
Event description
What are we waiting for?
You can judge a service by how it makes people wait. Unfortunately, people are made to wait in spaces that can be uncomfortable and dehumanising.
Let's reimagine waiting.Â
Join us for an evening of inspiring talks and facilitated design activities exploring how we might reimagine waiting to be more inclusive, engaging and human.
Speakers
We'll start the night with an introduction and an opportunity to hear from our speakers.
