What you’ll do….

This immersive workshop will equip you with extensive mosaic skills, allowing you to discover the simplicity of creating art even if you can't draw. You'll experience the joy and enchantment of mosaics, fostering creativity, mindfulness, and the therapeutic benefits of hands-on learning.

You'll receive detailed, step-by-step instructions and gain knowledge that will enable you to continue creating at home long after the workshop ends.

This hands-on workshop is perfect for beginners looking to establish excellent mosaic foundation skills or emerging students looking to refine skills. Creating sample boards that explore the vast array of mosaic materials and how best to incorporate them into your projects. This workshop will show you how to break down images, create beauty and symmetry by cutting materials into purposeful shapes for flow and design.  

• All materials supplied, use of Leponitt mosaic nippers, take home comprehensive class notes.

• Learn to use mosaic cutting tools & which tools suit best. (Before you invest your money)

• Learn how to work with a variety of materials & why some are better than others.

• Creating sampler boards with different shapes & techniques.

• Take home your finished boards that are display worthy.

What do I bring….

• Pencil case including-lead pencil, ruler, rubber, white board marker, scissors.

• Safety glasses – if you don’t already wear spectacles  

• Wear closed in shoes  

• BYO lunch and water bottle (Tea, Coffee & light morning tea provided)

• Notebook for jotting down additional tips n tricks

  • Existing tools if you have them - (All tools are available for use during workshop)
