Kadampa Meditation Centre Brisbane offers practical methods for finding inner peace and happiness in daily life through meditation and Buddhist teachings.

Located in the heart of Spring Hill, just minutes from Central Station, we welcome everyone - from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our classes, courses, workshops and retreats provide clear, accessible guidance on meditation and how to bring Buddhist wisdom into modern life.

We offer weekly meditation and Buddhism classes, beginners courses, regular workshops and retreats, as well as in-depth study programs for those wanting to deepen their practice.

Our modern meditation room is carpeted, soundproofed and air-conditioned with purified air. The room has a hearing loop and the Centre is wheelchair accessible. Parking is available nearby, both on-street and in car parks.
