• Practical tips for improving the budget process in your business

• Building your confidence to make informed financial decisions that steer you towards better outcomes and increased profitability

• Anyone who has touchpoints with a budget in the business

• You may be a business owner, or have responsibility for the budget of a department, or a bookkeeper who wants to brush up on their skills to add more value to your clients

• Ideally you have intermediate level of business finance knowledge, and

• Are comfortable interpreting business information to extrapolate and pro-rate numbers.
