Ever had your dog destroy one of your favourite pair of shoes? We know the feeling! Keeping your furry family member entertained in and around the home is important for the well-being and safety of the whole family.
This pet safety workshop is for families to learn some simple mental enrichment activities to keep their pets busy, and little ones safe.
At this workshop, parents and their children can learn how to create some DIY treats including dog ice blocks, treat boxes and snuffle mats for their pet.
The City's in-house pet expert will also offer a short presentation on how to interact with dogs at home, with owners and without.
This workshop is free however bookings are essential.
Two sessions are available on the day:
First session: 9:30am - 10:30am
Second session: 11am - 12pm
Suitable for parents and their children aged 6-12 years.
