Event description

Let’s Talk Peri/ Menopause

I am thrilled to announce the Menopause Warrior Workshop, a pivotal event for women navigating the transformative journey of peri/menopause. This workshop will be held on Saturday 8th March, aligning with International Women’s Day, to celebrate and empower women as they take charge of their health and well-being.

What to Expect: Navigating Menopause with Confidence

This workshop provides a supportive space to explore perimenopause and menopause, addressing everything from physical changes to emotional well-being and how they impact everyday life

 Key topics include:

  • Understanding Menopause Stages: Learn about perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause, and what to expect at each stage.
  • Understanding the full body-mind-spirit Changes of Menopause : Address common and lesser-known symptoms like hot flushes, sleep issues, and long-term health concerns like bone density and heart health, plus ways to manage them.
  • Emotional Well-being: Discover strategies for coping with mood swings, anxiety, and memory changes, including mindfulness and exercise.
  • Optimal Care: Review treatment options like menopause replacement therapy (MRT) and natural remedies, and learn when to consult with a healthcare provider.

This session empowers you with the knowledge and tools to confidently navigate menopause in a way that works best for you.

Join us for an empowering conversation, insights, and a supportive community of women, all while celebrating International Women's Day!
