Let's Talk Menopause
Description
Inspire + Collaborate × World Menopause Day
Hormones, health and the honest conversation every woman deserves.
Perimenopause and menopause are conversations many of us are already having with our friends—but with so much information, conflicting advice and noise surrounding women’s health, it can be difficult to know what to believe or where to begin.
To mark World Menopause Day, Inspire + Collaborate is bringing trusted local professionals into the room to answer your questions and explore this stage of life from every angle—medical care, hormone health, naturopathy, nutrition, movement and fitness.
Meet the panel
Dr Candice Leeb | GP with a focus on women’s health
Candice will bring a medical perspective to the conversation, helping us understand what may be happening, when to seek support and how to have more useful conversations with your GP.
Bo Youn Kim | Hormone Health Pharmacist
Combining almost 20 years of clinical pharmacy experience with her own perimenopause journey, Bo helps women understand their symptoms, treatment options and how to advocate for the support they need.
Tara Stanley | Clinical Naturopath
Tara will explore women’s hormonal health through a naturopathic lens, including the role sleep, stress, energy and emotional wellbeing can play throughout perimenopause and menopause.
Suze Adams | Tone Haus Founder, Coach and Nutritionist
With more than 20 years in the wellness industry, Suze will share practical insights into movement, strength, nutrition and supporting your changing body without pressure or perfection.
Alongside the panel discussion, you’ll be able to join smaller breakout conversations with our experts, giving you the opportunity to explore the topics that resonate with you and ask those burning questions in a relaxed, supportive space.
And because this is I+C, there’ll also be plenty of time to connect, share stories and enjoy the reassurance that comes from realising you’re far from alone.
Whether you’re already navigating the changes, wondering what may be ahead or simply want to feel better informed, this is your invitation to start—or progress—the conversation.
