For this masterclass, we’re taking a deep dive into mineral-driven white wines from across Europe and beyond, exploring how different regions, soils, climates and grape varieties create wines that feel salty, stony, flinty, chalky, electric or simply impossible to describe.

We’ll taste through wines spanning classic appellations and lesser-known gems, including benchmark styles such as Chablis and Etna Bianco alongside alpine, volcanic and coastal expressions.
