Sometimes words fall short.
Art, movement and quiet reflection can say what words can’t.
This is when the soul speaks.

Join me for a gentle, guided evening of expressive arts. You’ll be led through simple creative practices you can use again at home, whenever you want to reconnect with yourself.

What we’ll do together

Arrive and settle with a short guided meditation
Explore intuitive art-making (no skill needed)
Add a little movement and writing
Close with a reflection and a small circle share

Good to know

No art experience needed, just curiosity and openness
You’ll need paper, something to draw or paint with, a journal and a quiet corner
You might want to bring a cuppa, wear something comfortable or that makes you feel good, and a candle to light
Live and online. This evening is not recorded, so come as you are and be fully present
Your Google Meet link will be emailed after booking
