Dancing Freedom is a conscious movement practice.

Conscious movement is an embodiment/moving meditation practice that invites you to fully express yourself through movement, without censorship or judgement from self or others. A safe space for personal enquiry through movement.

By inviting the sensations within the body to initiate movement, you are able to unwind, unfurl and unburden unprocessed emotions. Release stress by stimulating feel good endorphins, and having fun moving and grooving.

Who thought that expressing and liberating yourself could be so much Fun, Easy, Elegant & Empowering?!

In a Dancing Freedom Conscious Movement Experience:

You will be facilitated to dance through an elemental wave of music: earth, water, fire, air and ether, exploring the theme of Matariki!

All of you is welcome into the space!

Primary Consideration when Moving Consciously with others:

YOU CAN'T DO IT WRONG!

6.15pm: Arrival & Warm-up

6.30pm: Opening Circle

6.45pm: Conscious Movement Experience Begins

7.45pm: Closing Circle & Sharing

8pm: Finish
