Arrival Time:
Please arrive 15 minutes before the advertised start time to say hello and get settled in.

Preparation Tip:
Avoid eating heavy foods or drinking anything besides water before coming.

What to Bring:
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Dress warm in layers.
- A yoga mat or thick blanket to lay on
- A blanket to cover you, small/flat pillow and eye mask (a face cloth makes a good substitute)
- Water bottle
- Most importantly, come with an open mind and heart

Olivia Hoebers - Verified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and Trauma-Informed Coach

Olivia Hoebers is a trained primary school teacher, graduate of Elementum Coaching Institute as a trauma-informed Coach, Breath Master and 9D Breathwork facilitator, and solo mother to her 18 month old daughter. She is passionate about combining these lenses to create lasting transformation and healing with fellow solo-mothers, within the school environment and in the wider Waikato community in New Zealand.

With an array of experience in NLP, Parts Therapy, Somatic Release Techniques, and Neuroscience Based Modalities, and the major life transitions that she’s navigated over the past few years, has created a unique set of skills and tools.

Today she is dedicated to sharing the immense healing and life-upgrading capability of 9D Breathwork, sharing her story and knowledge gained through her solo pregnancy and birth experiences and helping other solo-mothers navigate their journey, while also working towards developing breathwork programs for schools.

Rachel Small - Raise With Rachel

Rachel Small is a certified Breathwork facilitator, clinically trained EFT Tapping practitioner & Holistic Life Coach (MBF institute) who loves all things emotional intelligence. She is intuitively led and has a beautiful toolkit of modalities and resources she has acquired in the past 10 years.

Her background of Early Childhood Teaching means she also specializes in reparenting and inner child work, and deconstructing the stigma that emotions are bad.

She is based in Canterbury and when she is not being a Mum to her toddler, learning and upskilling her passions about emotions and energetics, she is working in person and online to provide workshops, 1:1 sessions, group programs and guiding woman back to working with a whole system approach.

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

cardiovascular problems
abnormally high or low blood pressure
aneurysms
epilepsy and seizures in the past
anyone taking heavy medication
severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia
bipolar
osteoporosis
recent surgery
glaucoma
currently pregnant
People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.
Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.
