Leticia Hodson ~ Artist Talk {GLIMPSE PUBLIC PROGRAM}

Join exhibiting artist Leticia Hodson as she discusses the personal story that prompted the development of her submission for “GLIMPSE”.

This event continues the celebrations of World Down Syndrome Day earlier in the week where the lives and achievements of people with Down syndrome are celebrated world wide.

Leticia will also give a glimpse into the process of producing this work where she details the struggles, failed attempts and self-doubt that came from knowing what she wanted to say but not the form it would take.A step into abstraction brought the piece together in an unexpected way for this artist who primarily works in realism.
