Hi I’m Adam Stuckey,Â
It’s so great to be sharing my passion of Nervous System regulation in the modality of Breath work with you.
Supporting you with knowledge, wisdom and breathing techniques that will change the way you are living your life so much for the better. That’s right less stress, less anxiety, less fatigue.Â
Breathing Techniques that include Breath awareness which plays such an important role for everyday living. Progressive muscle relaxation,this is where we invite energy through the breath to connect to every cell of our body. Fueling our body in such a positive way. Conscious connected breathing, Somatic Breathing and Body awakening energy work.
Coaching and supporting Trauma release, clearing old beliefs, programs and stories in a safe professional space where integration plays such an important role in these journeys.
Not just activating unhealed emotions & trauma stored in the body in the journey but supporting you through it which can take weeks after the experience(s) itself.
Your Breath is your Superpower and your Body never lies so I invite you to come experience just how amazing and gifted you truly are in these sessions.Â
Please observe the following in participating:
* No food, coffee or stimulation drinks 3 hours prior to the journey
* Stay well hydrated throughout the day
* Wear loose comfortable clothing
* Bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket, water and journal

* Pregnancy ( not allowed to participate )
* EpilepsyÂ
* Heart condition
* High blood pressure (uncontrolled)
* Severe mental health issueÂ
* Psychoactive medications.Â
