Join us for a listening session and release party for Let’s Start Again — the debut vinyl from WIP Music, a collaboration between Mikekon and BTA (Byron the Aquarius).
The project started during a quiet afterparty on Byron’s 2023 tour — just a spontaneous jam that led to a rough idea. Byron added some keys, and it began to take shape. Then life got in the way, and it was put on pause. When they finally came back to it, Let’s Start Again just felt right.
We’re gathering at fanático records (Rikota Studio, Marrickville) to hear the record on a proper system, hang out, and enjoy drinks from Fellr and Matéo. [Insert DJ name] will be on the decks, soundtracking the afternoon.
