Women's Health Loddon Mallee (WHLM), Loddon Mallee Public Health Unit (LMPHU) and Mildura Rural City Council (MRCC) invite community to join a free health education session for women in Mildura.
This 'Let's Talk Mental Health' session will cover the following topics:
- Understanding Mental Health and Wellbeing
- Identifying the challenges of addressing Mental Health
- Learn about the 5 Ways to Wellbeing
- How to respond to someone experiencing mental distress
- Navigating the mental health system
