Este evento especial de autocuidado para a comunidade brasileira está ocorrendo em uma tarde relaxante de sábado na Gold Coast. Você merece uma pausa! Venha relaxar e aprender maneiras de cuidar do seu bem-estar. Todos os facilitadores especialistas são brasileiros e falarão em português. Começamos com alguns movimentos fáceis de ioga para aquecer e, em seguida, passamos para uma oficina de atenção plena, um grupo de suporte interativo e o aprendizado de técnicas de automassagem. A tarde terminará com uma apresentação de dança e você está convidado a participar!
Haverá chá da tarde e bebidas.
Use roupas confortáveis, tapete de ioga BYO (Nota: o local tem algumas peças sobressalentes se você não tiver ou não puder pegar emprestado).
Arte e artesanato latinos estarão em exposição.
Este evento para maiores de 18 anos foi co-projetado com a maravilhosa assistência da Associação Austrália-Brasil de Queensland (ABRASSO) e do Gold Coast Multicultural Arts Group in Collaboration (GCMAGIC).

This special self-care event for the Brazilian community is taking place on a lazy Saturday afternoon on the Gold Coast. You deserve a break! Come and relax, and learn ways to care for your wellbeing. All of the expert facilitators are of Brazilian background, and will be speaking in Portuguese. We start with some easy yoga moves to warm up, and then move into a mindfulness workshop, an interactive support group, and the learning of self-massage techniques. The afternoon will end with a dance performance, and you are invited to join in!
Afternoon tea and refreshments will be provided.
Wear comfortable clothes, and BYO yoga mat (Note: The venue does have a few spares if you don't have one or can't borrow one).
Latino art and craft will be on display.
This 18+ event has been co-designed with the wonderful assistance of the Australia Brazil Association of Queensland (ABRASSO) and Gold Coast Multicultural Arts Group in Collaboration (GCMAGIC).
