This FREE event is a chance for young women and gender expansive people aged 16-20 to participate in a comfortable session where you are able to focus on yourself for a little while. With no disruptions, participate in gratitude and self-love whilst chill music fills your ears.

Here is a look at the itinerary:

- a warm welcome as you make your way to the Hive room, within the Cockburn Youth Centre.

- an information speech that will last 5 minutes max: giving you a run-down of what is placed on your table and a chance to settle in.

- you will then begin your writing; the session is about you so zone in on yourself whilst the soft music drowns out the silence.

Wondering what to wear? whatever makes you feel most comfortable, trackpants or even pyjamas are acceptable! :) The room will be on the cooler side, so I would recommend something warm.

What do I need to bring? Headphones if you would prefer to listen to your own music or nothing at all. Your favourite pen, however everything to write with and on will be supplied. If you have lipstick I highly recommend bringing it, so you can seal your letter with a kiss!
