Letter Writing Get Together

The joy of Snail Mail comes alive at Malinki Letter Writing Get Togethers!

The pure delight of receiving a hand written letter in your mailbox is sadly not something that

happens often enough these days.

Once a month you can come and be a part of the snail mail revolution, and write letters to your friends and family.

We will get together in the Paper Bird Studio/Courtyard to write

long/short/traditional/crazy/creative/informative/funny/poetic tidbits to all of our loved ones.

Purchase your writing sets or greeting cards from Malinki Stationery store on the day.

And then get writing!

Tickets are $10 pp plus the cost of greeting cards or writing sets chosen on the day.

You can pay for these when you arrive.

Prices range from around $7.00 to $60.00 for greeting cards or writing sets.

All writing materials ( pens and art materials ) will be provided along with inspiration from poetry

books and correspondence from more famous letter writers.

You can purchase postage tokens on the day ( $1.70 within Australia, a bit more for International )

and then we will then take them to the Post Office for you the next day.

There will also be tea and cookies.

This is an event for all ages, though under 18's will need a paying adult to accompany them.
