🫂Part 1 -Deep Connection & Journaling: Through simple yet profound connection exercises, we cultivate an atmosphere of trust and support, inviting you to simply be as you are.
🎧Part 2- The 9D Breathwork - A journey to the core of you: The heart of the experience. Using immersive sound, gentle guidance, and deep breathing techniques, you will embark on a journey inward.
✨Part 3 - Integration & Sharing Circle: We close with a gentle meditation to integrate the experience, followed by an optional sharing circle to reflect and connect in a safe, welcoming space.
