This Full Moon in Leo is the second full moon for the year, it is a potent time shed & let go of anything that no longer serves you so that you can move forward in 2023 as your most empowered self.

It is also a great time to shake things up with the bold Leo energy, a time to call in adventure. There is a lot of heighten energy and emotions at the time of the full moon which is even better to release it now!

Your facilitators, Ruth, Bec and Alexandra, are collectively experienced & trained breathwork & cacao facilitators. They are so excited to bring the community together and take you on this beautiful journey to let go of what no longer serves you to step into your best selves.

Cacao Ceremony

Ceremonial Cacao is the most pure form of cacao and is revered across the world. It has been dated back to being cultivated by ancient tribes more than 5500 years ago. The Latin name for the cacao tree, Theobroma cacao,
means "food of the gods".

Cacao Mumma's cacao is from the beautiful Mumma Bali. In a cacao ceremony we take the time to honour and call in the elements, directions, spirits and of course connect to the beautiful cacao itself. It is a beautiful time to connect in with this beautiful medicine, to drop in to your heart and really feel the magic of the cacao through your whole body as we ceremonially drink this cacao together. Cacao is a big heart opener and it allows you to really be in your body and feel and release any stuck emotions.

Letting Go & Releasing Breathwork

The style of breathwork we use is a variation of conscious connected breathing (open mouth) in which we intentionally connect the inhale with the exhale without any pauses.

Conscious Connected Breathing allows deep awareness of self and our connection with self, others and nature to develop, providing the groundwork for profound personal development. You will be held in a safe space to be able to release and let go.
