Throughout this immersive journey, I will guide you to release not just the energy and emotions from the year, but also the traumas, limiting beliefs, programs, and behaviours you may be holding deep within your cellular memory. These are the blocks preventing you from moving forward. As we work together, we will liberate you from the grip of the past, shedding physical and psychological burdens that have caused discomfort and stagnation.

Expect forgiveness, self-love, and acceptance to be at the forefront, propelling your transformation. You will feel the release of past traumas, creating emotional stability and inner peace. ARRIVAL TIME:

Please arrive 15mins prior to the scheduled time to allow time to settle in and get acquainted.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR JOURNEY:

Avoid eating heady foods or drinking anything except water prior to the journey (I will provide cacao and water).

DO NOT INGEST ALCOHOL OR RECREATIONAL DRUGS 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THIS JOURNEY

WHAT TO WEAR:

Wear loose comfortable clothing (nothing constricting especially around the abdomen)

WHAT TO BRING:

A blanket; as your nervous system changes and resets throughout the journey your temperature will change (providing physical comfort as well as emotional)

Water bottle

Journal and pen (if you feel called )

Most importantly an open mind and open HEART

A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions:

cardiovascular problems

abnormally high or low

blood pressure

aneurysms

epilepsy and seizures in the past

anyone taking heavy medication

severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia

bipolar

osteoporosis

recent surgery

glaucoma

currently pregnant

People with asthma should bring their own inhaler and consult with their physician and breathing session instructor before participating.

Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis or any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support.
