Henwood Studio has opened again and I would love to welcome you here for this LETTING GO Bush Yoga Day Retreat.

The retreat takes place in the beautiful bush surrounds of Cottles Bridge.

This is a chance to immerse yourself in nature,

breathe deeply in the fresh air,

recharge, renew and find inner stillness and peace.

LETTING GO is the theme for the day. It will include: -

a yoga class on the theme of apāna which governs the abdominal area - with movement, conscious breathing and relaxation,

morning tea,

a short talk on the way yoga philosophy looks at the things which we need to let go of within the system - physically, mentally and emotionally,

breathing techniques leading onto meditation,

shared lunch,

bush walk - meditating in nature,

labyrinth walk,

afternoon tea,

yoga nidra/relaxation,

group reflection
