Letting Go: A ritual for fresh starts

If you’ve been through a redundancy, restructure, or a big shift in your working life - or if you’ve been out of work for a while and are looking ahead to something new - this gathering is for you.

We’ll spend an hour outdoors (weather permitting) in a gentle, guided ritual to help you release some of the heaviness that comes with change and open up to what’s next. You can expect moments of quiet reflection, light movement, and simple nature-based activities designed to connect you with yourself, the land, and a sense of possibility. There’s no chanting, costumes, or anything too out-there - just a safe, thoughtful space to mark what you’ve been through and welcome in the next chapter.

The ritual will be hosted by Tamara Buckland - Leadership Strategist, Chief People Officer, and Druid - who blends leadership wisdom with nature-based practices to create meaningful, accessible experiences for people in transition.

After the ritual, we’ll wander to Picnic Café for coffee or tea (you’ll just need to cover your own drink) for those who’d like to keep connecting.
