We are thrilled to announce that Level Up, our one-day professional development conference, is happening this August, in partnership with Genea Newcastle. With a strong focus on self-development, our goal is to provide our conference ticket holders with an opportunity to step away from the desk and immerse themselves in a day of learning and connecting with like-minded women.

Who is Level Up 2025 for?

If you're working in a corporate/professional role - the Level Up Conference is for team leaders and team members looking for a fresh perspective on professional development to inspire action back in the workplace. Hearing from accomplished keynote speakers plus a range of local business owners, you will have the opportunity to tap into a variety of leadership styles whilst reflecting on you, gain insights into how various career challenges can be reimagined into life changing opportunities, plus connect with various Hunter based professionals to grow your network.

If you're self-employed - Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur or manage a small team, it’s easy to get caught up in the day to day running of your business. Without dedicating the time to extend your learning or make connections, you can forget to focus on where you’re headed and the bigger picture for your business. The Level Up Conference is the perfect mix of networking and professional development in one day conference. You’ll find everything you need from leadership, resilience, re-defining success as well as meeting other like-minded business owners at the Level Up Conference.

Join us for an incredible day of stimulating conversation, inspirational presentations, and real-time takeaways that we hope will amplify your professional and personal relationships.

In addition to hearing some influential & strikingly honest speakers, you’ll enjoy ample time to strengthen network connections and establish new ones, plus celebrate and reflect on the day with our cocktail hour.
