Level Up Program Emotional Intelligence Workshop

INTRODUCTION

The Australian School of Entrepreneurship with support from Hume City Council and the Victorian Government invites you to the 'Level Up Program’. The Level Up Program is a series of free interactive workshops where you will have the opportunity develop the skills and mindset you need to start a business or enter the workforce.

The Level Up Program is designed for local secondary students and young adults (16 to 24 years).

ABOUT

During this Level Up Workshop, participants will learn about the importance of being able to balance and look after their mental health and emotions and others. All participants who participate in the workshop will receive a micro-certificate.

Key Activities:

• Self-care. Students will learn the top self-care tips and strategies used by the world's brightest entrepreneurs and leaders and how it can be practically implemented into their own lives.
• Mental health. Students will learn the importance of mental health, and how to make sure their mindset is a valuable part of their leadership journey.

• Healthy and Non-healthy stress. Students will learn the vital distinction between the different stressors and how to approach each situation effectively.

• Empowering lived experience.Students will understand how they can use their own experiences as a platform for good and feel empowered to be more empathetic leaders.

• Time: 4:00pm (3:45pm arrival) to 6:00pm (2 hours)
• Location: Sunbury Youth Centre, 51-53 Evans Street Sunbury 3429
• Target Cohort: Secondary Students and Young Adults (16 to 24 years old)
