Creating a training program on topics such as LGBTIQ and intersectional representation, fostering a safe place in the classroom environment, and engaging Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) students in a diverse learning environment involves several key components.

This training framework aims to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to educators, enabling them to create inclusive, respectful, and engaging learning environments for all students.

This workshop is suitable for educators who are working specifically with migrants and international students.

Education Principles advocates for Equity, rather than Equality, in all aspects of life, particularly within educational settings. These principles recognise that educators bear the responsibility of fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment for individuals who may not have the same level of privilege.
