Identify practical actions they can take to strengthen LGBTQ+ inclusion within their own organisation.
About the facilitator
Ellis Beardsmore is co-founder of Proud Futures, which works with organisations to build cultures where LGBTQ+ people can thrive through training, leadership development, consultancy and wellbeing programmes.
