Liam Conor & Co. presents A JAZZ EXPLORATION

Liam Conor & Co are back with their next volume in ‘A Jazz Exploration’ at 'Can You Keep A Secret'! The bar that love built. 

A freshly formed Brisbane based jazz quintet. Initially inspired by the collaborations of Louis Armstrong and Ella Fitzgerald, it has become a means for creative outlet in exploring jazz and all its possibilities. Their sound is built from swing, latin, afro cuban and blues with a tight focus on rhythmic nuances. The sets will also feature original compositions and arrangements.

Fronting the band is powerhouse vocalist Chelle Janse Van Rensburg with Liam Conor accompanying on trumpet. The rhythm section (or the bread and butter) is composed of Tom Kakanis on guitar, Alex Askew on double bass and Edan Falcongreen on drums.

Music starts at 7pm.
