This is a 4-week immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with who you really are beneath the noise, the stress, and the expectations of everyday life.

Because when you feel grounded, clear, and aligned.

12 live, all-levels yoga classes

Your weekly rhythm:

Each week, you’ll be guided through a simple but powerful structure:

Monday Wednesday Friday: Morning ritual (6:00 - 7:00am)
Sunday: Deep-dive workshop (7:00 - 9:00pm)
Monday night - Guest speaker
Wednesday night - Sharing circle (7 - 8 pm)

The Ritual Practice (Mon Wed Fri)

Each session includes:

30 - 40 minutes of yoga (all levels welcome)
10-minute guided meditation
10-minute journaling practice

Plus, throughout the month, we’ll come together for 4 sharing circles that will be safe, supportive spaces for you to be seen, heard, and understood.

Thomas Robb is the founder of “Life Is The Way” and a dynamic force in the realm of personal transformation

As a full-time speaker, workshop facilitator, and life coach, he channels his diverse experience to empower individuals to live a life full of authenticity, connection and compassion.

With qualifications in yoga and meditation, outdoor and environmental education, and a masters in Neuro Transformation Therapy (NTT), Tom blends ancient wisdom with self-enquiry to guide his clients towards holistic growth.

From places like parliament house to renowned breweries and businesses to secondary schools (students teachers and parents) Tom effortlessly engages diverse audiences across Australia.

Through workshops, presentations, and one-on-one coaching sessions, Tom masterfully facilitates participants in cultivating profound connections across all facets of life, paving the way for them to embrace richer personal, professional, and social experiences.

Tom has now spent 16 years working in the field of self-development and guided discovery helping his clients to make healthier choices, honour their truth, and navigate their own mental health journey.

His mission across all demographics is to invite participants in living a life full of truth, compassion, authenticity, and responsibility.
