Liberate Your Life
A month-long journey back to your true self

Welcome to Liberate Your Life.

This is a 4-week immersive experience designed to help you reconnect with who you really are beneath the noise, the stress, and the expectations of everyday life.

Because when you feel grounded, clear, and aligned.

You don’t just show up better for yourself… you show up better for everyone around you.

What you’ll experience over 4 weeks:

5 powerful mental health workshops
12 live, all-levels yoga classes
12 guided meditation sessions
4 group check-ins and sharing circles
Guided journaling practices
Optional 1:1 mentoring

Who this is for:

This is for you if…

You feel stuck, lost, or unsure of your direction
You’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or constantly “on edge”
You’re in relationships that don’t feel aligned or fulfilling
Your work feels draining, uninspiring, or disconnected from purpose
You crave deeper connection with yourself, others, and nature
You’ve caught yourself thinking, “Is this really it?”

If even one of these hits… you’re in the right place.

Your weekly rhythm:

Each week, you’ll be guided through a simple but powerful structure:

Monday Wednesday Friday: Morning ritual (6:00 - 7:00am)
Sunday: Deep-dive workshop (7:00 - 9:00pm)
Monday night - Guest speaker (7 - 8 pm)
Wednesday night - Sharing circle (7 - 8 pm)

The Ritual Practice (Mon Wed Fri)

Each session includes:

30-40 minute yoga class (all levels welcome)
10-minute guided meditation
10-minute journaling practice

Plus, throughout the month, we’ll come together for 4 sharing circles that will be safe, supportive spaces for you to be seen, heard, and understood.

The Workshops (Sunday Nights)

Across the 4 weeks, we’ll explore:

Mental Health & Stress Reduction
Practical tools to reduce overwhelm and build resilience
Healthy Relationships & Communication
Strengthen emotional intelligence and learn to communicate with clarity and care
Purpose & Job Satisfaction
Reconnect with what drives you and create more meaning in your work
Mindfulness in Practice
Simple tools to bring presence into your everyday life
Nature Connection
Reconnect with the natural world for clarity, balance, and perspective

If you’re feeling a little hesitant right now, that’s completely normal.

This work can challenge you. But it will also energise you, ground you, and open you up in ways you may not expect.

And you won’t be doing it alone.

You’ll be supported every step of the way, not just by me, but by a group of people who are on the same journey as you.

If this is you, grab a ticket and I can't wait to see you inside...

IMPORTANT:

If you don’t leave at the end of the month feeling more you, more clear, more grounded, and ready for radical change, I’ll happily refund your entire ticket.
