Learn by Doing. Facilitate for Impact.

An in-person, 2-day immersion to elevate your facilitation practice - presented by Alkimia Learning in partnership with Flow Ahead (Canada) and LOTE Agency.

Are you ready to shake up the way you facilitate, lead, and collaborate?

Join us for a transformative 2-day immersion workshop that goes far beyond theory. You’ll experience, apply, and reflect on a dynamic set of 30+ Liberating Structures—simple yet powerful tools that unleash participation, creativity and co-creation in any group.

Whether you lead meetings, planning sessions, design learning, facilitate groups, or manage projects—this is for you.

What is an Immersion?

Imagine learning a new language by living in a country that speaks it.

That’s what this is—full immersion in the Liberating Structures way of working.

At every moment of this experience, your interactions will be guided by Liberating Structures:

We don’t talk about LS—we practice them.
We go behind the scenes to uncover the principles that make them work.
We reflect together on how to bring them into your context—from boardrooms to classrooms, grassroots orgs to government teams.

Meet your facilitators

Carolina Almeida and Fernando Murray have been infusing Liberating Structures into their facilitation practice since 2015.

In regular contact with authors Keith McCandless and Henri Lipmanowicz, Carolina and Fernando are currently coordinating the publishing of the book 'The Surprising Power of Liberating Structures' in Portuguese, and an online Self-Guide Course to help spread the practice.

Both live in Nelson, a ski-town nested in the Rocky Mountains in British Columbia, Canada, and work as Process Designers and Facilitators with clients across the globe, leading workshops in person and online.
