We can’t wait to welcome you to Kora Wellness for your 9D Breathwork experience.

A few things to know before you arrive:

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so you have time to settle in.
• Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
• Everything you need for the session, including your mat, blanket, eye mask and headphones, will be provided.
• Avoid a heavy meal for around 2 hours beforehand.
• Please complete the health and safety questions included with your booking and let us know before your session if anything changes.
• Photos or short videos may occasionally be taken to capture the overall experience. We will always respect your photo consent and will not take personal close up footage without asking first.

There is nothing you need to prepare or achieve. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to experience the journey.
