Welcome to Liberation, 

Using the Power and Alchemy of Breathwork, Movement, Cacao and Healing Frequencies. Our gift to you is to return you closer to the truth of who you are at a soul level and guide you through a journey back home, forming a deeper connection to self and those around you.

We’ll start the afternoon with a Cacao Ceremony, a wonderful heart opener. As an ancient plant medicine and wise teacher, Mother Cacao can deepen awareness of our connection to the earth and the cosmos when used in inner work.

Cacao is known to open and allow access to our heart centre, where our connection to self and spirit resides. It can also elevate our spirit and overall vibration. It can bring awareness and healing to emotional wounds. She is a beautiful companion and goes hand in hand with Breathwork, taking you into a deeper state of awareness and more open to shifts.

Moving into the Breathwork experience we will embark on a 1 hour somatic journey. By shifting mental, emotional and spiritual blocks, we can surrender, drop away from the egoic mind and make space for healing on many levels. Bringing our mind, body ,spirit back into alignment.

Each journey is different. You may feel a deep level of calm, gain messages from your subconscious, experience a powerful energetic/ emotional release, or connect with spirit.

At the end of our journey together, you will return to your body assisted by the technology of an ancient crystal bowls and voice light language to open and connect with your original blueprint, recalibrating, aligning, igniting, and awakening to your unique soul essence. These sounds and light vibrations are key codes to spark new life in your DNA.

This is a journey dedicated to the heart. Entering the heart is the space for growth. For it holds all the wisdom of the stars and your Akashic memories that you made. In your heart lies all the knowledge you need to know to survive. The heart holds everything you need in order to evolve into another level of consciousness.

Contraindications for Cacao :

We ask that if you have high blood pressure, heart issues, allergic to chocolate or Almond milk , are pregnant, or are prone to severe anxiety or are on antidepressant or any other medication, that you do not consume the full amount of cacao served in these ceremonies. We require you to let us know in advance of a ceremony.

Contraindications for Breathwork :

If you suffer from any of the following Acute severe illness, Epilepsy, have a Pacemaker or Heart Arrhytmias, are Pregnant or have Lung Disease. Please consult your doctor before joining this experience.

What to bring :

* A yoga mat

* A water bottle

* A pillow and blanket ( if needed )

* Comfortable fitting clothing

* An open Heart & Mind
