    MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

    My journey to facilitating Liberation Breathwork has been inspired by over 17 years of facilitating development and transformation for individuals and leaders across the globe. In my role as a facilitator, I carry a deep understanding of human behavior, especially the role of trauma and its intricate effect on our mind, body, and spirit. My approach is deeply rooted in Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, as well as various methods of cultivating presence and loving awareness.

    As a facilitator you can count on me to hold space and provide support for you to connect with the wisdom of your body as a pathway for healing and aliveness.


    LOGISTICS

    You will receive a welcome email when you sign up. This will include short orientation videos for the Liberation Breathwork technique, common experiences in the body, and guidance on how to get the most from your session.

    Quick Tips:

    • Give yourself time for self care after
    • Do not eat any big meals at least one hour before your session
    • Make sure you can attend the whole session
    • Arrive at least 5-minutes early

    IMPORTANT

    This type of breathwork is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant or might be pregnant.

    Additionally, the following are contraindications for breathwork. Consult your medical provider before signing up. Let Amber know if any of these apply to you.

    • Cardiovascular disease
    • Angina
    • Heart attack
    • High blood pressure
    • Glaucoma
    • Retinal detachment
    • Osteoporosis
    • Recent injury or surgery
    • Any conditions for which you take regular medications
    • History of panic attacks, psychosis
    • Severe mental illnesses
    • Seizure disorders
    • Family history of aneurysms
    • Coronavirus or flu-like symptoms
