This group meets every Sunday from 10:30-11:30am @ FoCo Cafe! Each week we discuss a different aspect of what liberation looks and feels like in everyday practices.

Liberation is Local is a free and inclusive space for those who wants to build community while learning about liberation with others. There is nothing you need to do to prepare - come as you are with an open mind and heart. If you are more comfortable just listening, that's fine, too!

What to Expect During the Hour:

Arrive a few minutes early to get situated
Short introductions with those in attendance
The week's topic and reflective question is shared
5-minute free write
Sharing connections and thoughts

What to Bring:

Your favorite morning drink to sip on (the Cafe is closed)
A pen to take notes
