Welcome to your Liberation,

Co-creating with the Alchemy of Cacao, Breathwork, Sound and Energy, our gift to you is to return you closer to the truth of who you are at a soul level. To guide you through a journey back home, forming a deeper connection to self and those around you.

We’ll start our journey by connecting and setting some intentions with the medicine of Cacao, a wonderful heart opener. An ancient plant medicine and wise teacher, the Spirit of Cacao can deepen awareness of our connection to the earth and the cosmos. Cacao is known to open and allow access to our heart centre, where our connection to self and spirit resides. It can also elevate our spirit and overall vibration, as well as bring awareness and healing on an emotional level. She is a beautiful companion and when partnered with Breathwork, can help shift you into a deeper state of awareness.

Moving into the Breathwork, we will embark on a 1 hour somatic journey. A journey that will allow you to drop away from the ego mind and to simply surrender. Creating space for healing on all levels - mental, emotional and spiritual - and bringing your body, mind and spirit back into alignment and harmony.

As we move into the last phase of our journey together, you will be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal bowls. Receiving these frequencies will create a state of deep relaxation and inner peace, and will also allow your body to ignite your own inner healing. All you need to do is welcome the sounds to wash over you, the frequencies will do the rest.

This is a journey dedicated to the Heart, for your heart holds all of the wisdom you require for your growth and expansion. Throughout your journey and with your permission, you will receive the energetic healing and harmonisation required for you to evolve and expand your own consciousness.

To create the life you desire all you need to do is go within and expand your blueprint of L.O.V.E - Level of Vibrational Energy

Reminder:

- Avoid caffeine on the day of Liberation

- Eat light before you attend

- Dress comfortably

- Bring a yoga mat, cushion, eye pillow, and a comfy blanket

- Bring a water bottle

- Bring a journal in case you wish to note down any insights received during the ceremony

Our event is not suitable for you if you have any of the following:

- Epilepsy

- Pregnancy (1st trimester)

- History of severe depression, psychosis, and other serious mental health challenges.
