Library Lock-In: Pizza and Poetry Edition

TAP Hub Library Lock-in is back!! This time we have partnered with our good friend (and award-winning children's poet), Annelies Judson, to bring you a poetry and pizza lock-in for the term 3 school holidays.

Now what to expect for the event?

• Fun activities exploring poetry and writing, including a poem trail, cut-out and black out poetry and the opportunity to learn directly from the poets supporting the evening.

• Readings from Annelies and the opportunity to read your own poems that you write.

• A pizza feast!

Notes for the event for parents:

• The event is best suited for tamariki 8 and older, younger tamariki will be required to have a parent with them. Parents can choose to drop-off their tamariki or stay and participate in the event.

• Doors will open at 5:15pm for drop-off, with the event starting at 5:30pm. The pick-up window is between 7:45pm - 8pm.

• All resources and kai are provided free of charge.

• An email reminder of these notes will be sent to all ticket holders before the event.
