Join Sputnik Yoga this summer at Culture Lab LIC for a series of community wellness sessions designed to bring people together through movement, music, and mindfulness.

Each event offers a unique experience inspired by the energy of the season — from grounding yoga and Pride celebration to immersive movement and sound. These outdoor sessions are open to all levels and welcome anyone looking to reconnect with their body, breath, and community.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and an open mind.

May 23

Spring Reset: Community Yoga with Sputnik Yoga

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Ease into the season with a grounding all-levels yoga flow designed to refresh the body and clear the mind. This community-centered class focuses on breath, gentle mobility, and building strength while enjoying the vibrant outdoor setting of Culture Lab LIC.

Perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

June 20

Pride Flow: Move with Pride

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Celebrate Pride Month with an uplifting and inclusive yoga session honoring joy, self-expression, and community. This energizing class will feature a vibrant flow set to music, creating space to move, connect, and celebrate together.

Kevin Bachman took his first yoga class at the Acting Conservatory of the Los Angeles County High School of the Arts.

Atter a career in dance, and later fashion, Kevin began teaching at Modo Yoga NYC in 2016. In addition to several subsequent Modo & non-Modo Yoga based trainings since, Kevin received his first 200 Hour immersive from Yoga People in 2011.

All identities, allies, and experience levels are welcome.

July 18

BlissIn Out: Mindful Movement & Music

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

A special collaboration with Nika & Jeremy from BlissIn Out blending gentle movement with immersive music. This session explores the connection between rhythm, breath, and presence, creating a unique meditative experience through sound and flow.

Expect a slow, intentional movement practice accompanied by original musical accompaniment designed to deepen relaxation and awareness. No mat needed. Stay after for complimentary BlissIn Out Granola (v, gf) and an interactive activation.

August 15

Restore with Nika

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Close out the summer with a restorative wellness session focused on slowing down and recharging. This calming practice will combine gentle stretching, breathwork, and soothing sound elements to help release tension and reset the nervous system.

A perfect way to transition from the energy of summer into a more grounded state.
