Human beings irrespective of their status in life, faith, race, creed undergo ups and downs in life and sometimes massive upheaval too. This can happen at an individual level or at a whole community level as the world events show us. All these leads to untold levels of suffering and stress not only for adults but even for children irrespective of their belief in God or not.

In this workshop we explore the following.

· What causes suffering?

· Why do we undergo suffering?

· What ae the means to deal with suffering?

· Is there a way to escape suffering completely?
