My Holistic Coaching practice uses techniques inspired by Authentic Relating, Positive Intelligence and Somatic Experiencing, integrating body, mind and spirit. You are warmly invited to a koha based group taster session to turn inward, reflecting on where you're at in your life & where you want to go next. The perfect way to come into a new year of possibility! ✨

This two hour workshop will take you on a journey through some deep diving communication tools, sharing in pairs and small groups, and the opportunity to receive a taster coaching session with Laurie. 🚀

I'm Laurie (he/him), a queer British-Kiwi who’s current home-base is Wellington. My passion is creating spaces that cultivate healthy, thriving human-to-human relationships, helping people take off their masks, feel their sensations and celebrate their aliveness on Earth. Since 2019, I have organised and facilitated hundreds of Authentic Relating, Dating and Embodiment workshops in Oceania and Europe.

My training includes The Embody Lab, Authentic Revolution, Connection Institute and Positive Intelligence. I have facilitated at internationally acclaimed festivals such as Stretch, and organisations such as ART International.

My experience includes working with Highly Sensitive People (HSPs); neurodiverse people; members of the LGBTQ+ community; people going through major life shifts; people suffering from anxiety and depression; people struggling to make meaningful connections (romantic & platonic); and freelancers wanting to expand their business.
