Step into a world of rhythm, melody, smiles, and joy! Join us for a vibrant, music-filled gathering that celebrates connection and self-expression. For about ninety minutes, immerse yourself in music, shared smiles and laughter, and the warm company of others. It’s an opportunity to revel in fun, movement, and happiness. Think tai chi or yoga, except it's dance! Our session isn’t about getting steps right—it’s about you expressing your authentic self. Our facilitator guides you through a liberating dance experience, no right or wrong—just the freedom to be you. We welcome everyone. Session starts 2pm, it helps to arrive by 1.50pm 
Life Dance Community is a registered charity. Our vision is to create groups of people having a good time together to build friendships and address social isolation and loneliness in our community. We are a venue for Biodanza in Sydney.
