A one day masterclass in the art of drawing.
Friday  9am - 12pm, 1pm - 3pm

Come to Geco for a 1 day workshop in the art of drawing, with art teacher Robert Jackson.
Spend the morning learning about materials and techniques, including an introduction to perspective and anatomy for the artist with a focus on heads and hands.
The afternoon session will be with a model so you can practice your newly acquired skills.

Robert Jackson is a multi-skilled musician, performer and visual artist. He has been active since the 1980s, and studied  at Latrobe University and the Victorian College of the Arts 

As a visual artist, he has produced many works for public and private clients. He has had many solo exhibitions and is an award-winning muralist. His work is represented in public and private collections in Australia, USA and Europe, and he has held numerous Artist-in-Residencies.

He has played in a multitude of Rock, Jazz and Street Theatre bands and been MD/Composer for Circus, Film & Theatre. He performs regularly in Tasmania with The Chord on Bleus, and is a founding member of the Lutruwita Art Orchestra.
