SEPTEMBER LIFE DRAWING SESSION at EXHALE YAMBA

DATE: September 26th, 2026.

TIME: 3.30pm - 5.30pm. Maximum 15 spots. 18YRS over.

SESSION FEE: $36 includes all materials.

Bring: Bottle of water. Cuppa tea and coffee will be provided. No food in the space thanks.

Wear comfy clothing, suitable for the season.

Life Drawing facilitation from the floor: I will be guiding and timing, plus giving individual instruction if requested by an attendee. I will also be drawing myself.

Life drawing models: We have wonderful life drawing models, models are often experienced whilst some are also beginners. I'm always looking for new models, if you are interested or know anyone please share my details. Please be respectful of the model at all times, no inappropriate comments etc. otherwise you will be asked respectfully to leave the session. Please note only the facilitator will instruct the model during the session. No phones out during the session. Participants interested in making suggestions for model poses are welcome to in the break, before or after the session, please not during, thank you.

SESSION OUTLINE:

3.15pm Arrive - Settle in and be ready to begin the session at 3.30pm

Session one - Short 10 min talk/demonstration. Model finds position. Warm up, quick poses and drawing.

4.10pm BREAK 10min max. Tea, toilet or rehydrate. Questions for Kerrie (facilitator)

4.20pm Session two Focus, self practice, longer poses and drawing opportunity

5.15pm Session Finishes

15 min Reflection time (optional) Grab one of your drawings and meet in the middle of the room.

5.30pm Pack up and clean up time. Please take all your drawings. Place all charcoal back in containers and any other drawing materials.Paper towel and any other rubbish goes in the bin in the kitchen. Wash up your mug from break time.

Go home and relax after your drawing session/marathon! :)
