You will have the opportunity to make a seating request at the time of booking.

We endeavour to take all requests on board however cannot guarantee that they can all be actioned.

Prior to the event we spend considerable time arranging seating for over 600 guests. As a result seat/table changes can not be made on the day of the event.

CLUBS: If you have booked more than 1 table and want specific guests seated on specific tables, all details must be provided to Lisa van der Poel no later than 19th July 2026.

Yes definately!

Clubs have the option to order multiple tickets in one transaction and have the order processed at zero value. Clubs will then receive an LSV invoice for payment post event.

Your club will receive an access code. To order multiple Club Tickets add that access code to the ’Discount or Access Code’ box at the top of the screen. Continue to order the tickets you require for your club. Please make sure you have spoken to all guests to ensure they haven’t ordered their own ticket already and that you have selected any Nominee or U18 tickets where required. Checking with guests prior to ordering will eliminate any double up of ticket purchases or the need for ticket type changes.

Yes of course!

There is now an option to order e.g. 10 tickets and add the individual ticket information at a later date.

After adding the Buyer Info, click through to Tickets Info and then on each ticket click ‘Copy from Order’ which will prefill the Buyer information for the Buyer to save time when first booking. We do encourage clubs to enter as much information as possible when booking, however if the information is not available at the time, it can be added later.

If you did not enter in correct guest names or dietary requirements when ordering tickets, this information will need to be added as soon as possible.

To do so, simply open the ticket email you received, click on the 'MANAGE ORDER' button (below the QR code), you can then edit each ticket individually. Remember to hit 'UPDATE' when you have finished making the edits. This information must be updated no later than 11.55pm on Sunday 19th July 2026. Unfortunately, dietary requirements received after this date cannot be catered for.

No problem. You can update guest names, dietary requirements, and details after booking. Your confirmation email will include a link to edit your order.

You may request to cancel your ticket for a full refund, up to 30 days prior to the event. Cut off will be on 15th July 2026

Cancellations after this time are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the event organisers, tickets may be transferred to another individual.

Email a list of guest names and which table you would like them on e.g. if you have 3 tables, do guests for table 1, 2 & 3.

Absolutely!

LSV have managed to secure a discounted accomodation rate for all AOE Guests.

The discounted rate is availible for the night before the event and the night of the event.
