  Co-founder & CEO of Perfect Fit, a Bali-based enterprise transforming women’s health through sustainable menstrual products and impactful education. Tungga has educated over 12,000 women and diverted millions of single-use pads from landfills, championing both dignity and environmental sustainability.

• Sophie Digby
  Co-founder of The Yak Magazine and founder of Bali Plus Tourist Guide, Sophie has been a pioneer in Bali’s media and luxury lifestyle scene for over two decades. This February, she is organizing the Women’s Symposium on Sustainability & ESG, a platform that will unite women leaders and changemakers to advance sustainability and ESG principles in business. Sophie’s latest passion project, East West Palms Co., is an interior design and events space in Bali, designed to inspire creators and changemakers, offering them a home to collaborate, share ideas, and drive meaningful impact.
• Ria Templer
  Co-founder and Director of Utama Spice, a Bali-based natural skincare and aromatherapy company. Ria has grown the brand into an internationally recognized name, creating 100% natural products and empowering local communities.
• Irene Tsang
  Founder of LIFTWOMEN, Irene is a visionary leader breaking barriers for female entrepreneurs. Her mission focuses on empowering women-led ventures through funding, education, and growth opportunities.
