With over 20 years of leadership experience at Fortune 500 companies across the Asia-Pacific, Irene has become an expert in female entrepreneurship, funding, and business innovation. Through LIFTWOMEN, she provides non-dilutive funding, mentorship, and a strong support network to help women turn ideas into successful ventures. Tessa Wijaya, Co-Founder and Group COO of Xendit, and recently appointed CEO of Xendit Thailand, drives the company's overall business operations. As the first woman in Indonesia to contribute to a B2B fintech reaching unicorn status, she's focused on positively impacting the region's financial ecosystem. Her expertise, honed through seven years in private equity, fuels Xendit's mission to bridge gaps within Southeast Asia's digital infrastructure, facilitating seamless transactions across diverse markets. Her leadership focuses on clear strategies and practical innovation, driving Xendit's expansion and setting new benchmarks in regional fintech. As one of the few women in the evolving payments sector, she’s instrumental in building innovative solutions. Her achievements are recognized by Forbes Asia's Power Businesswomen and the ASEAN Entrepreneur Award.

• Edward Chamdani, GP at Braxton Capital

Edward Ismawan Chamdani is the General Partner at Braxton Capital Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on three key pillars: environmental and social, insurance and health. Since early 2024, Edward has fully transitioned from his previous role at Ideosource VC, where he was instrumental in shaping Indonesia’s venture capital landscape. With extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance, Edward has been a driving force behind successful investments in companies such as Stockbit, Bibit, FemaleDaily, KapanLagi, Foom, and others. His contributions have played a significant role in fostering innovation and growth within Indonesia’s startup ecosystem.
