Soul Language Activation – Channelled by Sahar, this vibrational transmission invites remembrance, resonance, and alignment with your divine essence.

Sound Healing & Somatic Energy Work A weaving of flute, didgeridoo, and medicine drum by Rick creates a soundscape for deep integration.

As the sacred sounds move through the space, Sahar will offer individual somatic, light, and soul language healing, intuitively attuning to each person’s needs and gently supporting the clearing and balancing of the chakra system.

Following this deep energetic journey, we will gather together for a light vegetarian meal, offering space for nourishment, connection, and grounding integration.

Rick is a grounded and intuitive sound medicine practitioner whose presence immediately creates a sense of safety and calm. With a background in breat awareness and sound healing, Rick opens each session by gently guiding participants through conscious breathing, allowing the body to settle and the nervous system to unwind.
