About the Workshop:

Burnout is more than feeling tired. It can emerge when the demands placed upon us continually exceed our capacity to recover, leaving us feeling depleted, disconnected, and increasingly unable to access the energy we once had.

Light Within is a trauma-informed exploration of burnout, the patterns that contribute to depletion, and what our systems need to recover and restore capacity.

Together, we’ll explore the anatomy and physiology of burnout, compassion and empathy, boundaries, sustainable care, restorative practices, and practical ways to recognize and respond to overwhelm before reaching our limits.

Through trauma-informed education and exploration, you’ll learn to recognize patterns of burnout, protect your capacity, build sustainable practices, and discover how to recover and tend to the light within, so you don’t burn out.

What We’ll Explore:

● Anatomy of Burnout

Explore what burnout is and how prolonged stress and demand can shape the nervous system, body, and mind. Learn to recognize the physiological patterns and early signs of depletion before the system reaches its limits.

● Sustainable Care

Explore the difference between compassion and empathy, the role of boundaries, and how we can care without continually depleting ourselves. Develop sustainable practices that protect your capacity while allowing you to remain connected, responsive, and engaged.

● Restorative Toolkit

Build a practical collection of tools to help your system reset, replenish, and recover from periods of stress and depletion. Explore accessible restorative practices you can return to when you need to reconnect with steadiness, capacity, and yourself.

● Embodied Integration

Bridge understanding and experience so restoration becomes lived, not just practiced. Learn to recognize and explore inner-world patterns that contribute to depletion, respond to what your system needs, and integrate sustainable, restorative ways of being into your outer-world experiences.

Natalie has a clinical focus in psychosomatic osteopathy, neuro-lymphatic, fascial, and nervous system regulation. Her supportive care emphasizes the restoration of harmony within living systems through a trauma-informed, whole-person, biopsychosocial model of care.
